so if i don’t use the entry card that comes with the calendar the day it is given to me, can i use it the next day and run through the master difficulty twice in one day?

Yes, word of advice don’t stack up to 16 and expect it to be a breeze it was boooooooring paid off in the end got to awaken my 5* cap iw and took domino to r4 thanks to it
