I’ve got an alliance member who is losing his current email in a few days and wants to switch it on his account. He has written support and they’ve asked him the four questions.
He’s answered to the best of his memory but has something wrong. They won’t tell him what answer is wrong and they won’t proceed any further without the correct answer(s). What should he do?
