Ronan not removing fury buffs

in Bugs and Known Issues
When Ronan launches a speacial he is supposed to convert fury to weakness. Although he is still applying the weakness he is not removing one stack of fury like he is supposed too.

    I was fighting colossus it was that synergy in arena
