Champs that take -100% safe from a debuff tend to have an ability that counts the use of debuffs and when they fight against enhancement nodes that increases potency of a particular debuff, they start to take damage
An immune champion also wouldn’t take damage from that debuffs passive effect but an immune champion will not be effected by it. As stated before by Jh_Dez if that ability is enhanced on an enhanced bleed node for example the champion will still take damage from it
Immunity means the debuff just isn’t applied, reduction by 100% means it is, champions with 100% reduction generally use it to empower something else they have, and can also gain willpower healing, but if there’s something that increases potency they take damage
