Missed calender award

I am a seasoned summoner who has never missed a calender reward but during the t4cc ticket period that is still going on, i was unable to get into my account while others in my alliance were able to..i was not banned, just wouldnt load....i missed out on 2400t4cc shards and 2400t4b shards the other day and will not get the end of the month rewards now..is there any way i can get that back, or am i just screwed and missing out...Never happened to me before, kinda sucks...thank you
