If you have Domino, go Rhulk. If you don't, I'd personally go Wasp.

He was my first r2, didn't have domino or massacre as 5* or 6* when ranked him up. He's great for incinerate and poison nodes, his damage is ok, especially vs mystic champs and champs with energy based attacks. Will be ok with nodes like safeguard, as his heat damage basically doubles the damage and you need less hits.
He's like human torch, but doesn't have a lot of dot, has lower dps probably and doesn't reverse healing.
