Who is best, duped Mephisto or unduped Morningstar?

I'm full of 4tMc and several Will expire in the next days. I don't have better option to rank up.

To be good mephisto needs the champion synergy and ms to gain souls faster. He's fun to play, but his sp3 burns power only once per fight and you have to consume a soul for sp1, so you kinda have to use sp2 mostly
Ms is a killing machine when ramped up, and her dupe is not essential
