4* Hawkeye worth rank 5?

I have him at r4 duped and I don't have any other reliable power control champs.

Should I bring him to r5? Or should I instead put skill resources to 4* Stealth Spidey or 5* Agent Venom?

My maxed 4* Hawkeye helped clear several paths even in Act 5 chapter 3. The power control and hemorrhage can keep you out of trouble even with large health pools.

All up to who you enjoy playing with though.

Yeah that's the problem I was having. Hawkeye has the power control and bleed that I'm looking for. But Stealthy is the better champ.
