I believe Tile 39 isn’t working as it should. If the opponent has limber than by the time you make sure they aren’t tenacitying your parry there is not enough time to charge a heavy. Unless you intend for players to heavy intercept multiple times this tile is luck based. 50/50 chance of getting hit.
