E&F Knockdown: Special 3 Does Not Remove Protection Shield

On the node Ebb & Flow: Knockdown, it states the protection shield can be removed from the defender by knocking him/her down. I knocked Domino down with a special 3 yet her protection shield remained.

I sent in a ticket with a short clip but it said my file was too large so I'm posting here as well. Please pass this along to the game team.
