Who should I rank up to R5?

Hello,
I will be going up against the collector, act 5, pretty soon, and now because of the Modok store coins I have the option of taking one my top (or lower) 4* champs to R5.
Who do you think will be the most effective against the collector out of my current roster?
I like Ghost a lot but I'm looking for a second opinion who should I really R5?
Also I have a skill awakening gem, but I was waiting for Aegon or Blade, or should I use it on Killmonger/Hawkeye/Masacre? (with an eye on beating the collector specifically) I used my mystic awakener on SW cause I thought it was worth it (should rank her up too). I have more 4*s but they're all trash so these are my best champs as well.
I'm currently completing act 5.2.3 also this is my second account after I stopped playing 2 years back.
