Curious about Plat 4 and 3 allys?

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
I'm just curious but what sort of roster do allys in these levels look for, I have 6 r4 5* and 2 6* I'm also Cav. So I was wondering what sort of rosters they look for. Please do let me know not looking to join, but getting an idea of what sort of rosters most allys in those areas require?

    Got to have lots of r5 5* and /or r2 6* for that level.

    I think minimal you have 7-8k prestige
    (Which mean minimal 2 5*r5 or 6*r3 EXCEPT you have boss killer skill in aw)

    Your 6* & 5* worth as defender (they wont even bother to look at ur 4* anymore)

    Is there a certain amount of 6*s needed, and certain champs? My current roster has Electro and RR unfortunately 6*. However my 5*s are NF, Corvus, Ghost, Quake, Warlock and Omega? Also in terms of AW defence whats the requirements there?
