Incursion- finding partner bug!!

So doing Sector7 with my top R5 champions, and the game put me with someone with 5* R1 and R2 who can’t even complete the first node in the first zone! Not the first time to happen. Keeps happening and very annoying as well. I’m really losing Interest here! And you have to wait for 4 days for your top champions to cool down. Not fair!! The matchmaking should be also based on everyone’s selected champions and not only his desired sector playing!
