I'm going to say Mysterio. Mostly because his s1 is extremely powerful if used the right way but that "triple your attack stat" fury at s3 works wonders too.

I would say modok. A good Aw defender, especially when awakened and choosen as boss at some points of the game.

His base attack is higher than most of the burst attackers in the game, though he has the tag called-defensive

I'd say Iceman or Aarkus. I have gotten a lot of value from both.
