Apple/Android only offers

While I think the idea of apple/Android specific offers is cool and all, we have all been anticipating the release of wolverine as a 5* for years. When he finally is available, it's an apple only offer... That's rather disheartening to say the least, considering how many players are on android. Is there a plan to add him to the feature crystals or bring another way to obtain him soon?
