New HB in V3

Hey! I tested out HB in variant 3 and is a really nice option for 3.2 easy path and kang boss. Check this out:



Sadly, emergency maintenance screwed up my achievement :|

In easy path both champions gain power only blocking, so power drain and stun abilities are pretty nice here. And for final kang, shocks are sick! Also putting into the wall spamming heavy make this fight a lot faster. I used this r3 for the whole path + final kang, synergies: 4 random tech

    I have mixed feelings about the buff. Now he's a tanky champ like sentinel, has some nice abilities, but those are scenario related, like in this quest. Overall, his utility isn't as good as I thought because his playstyle is too risky, also doesn't have immunities. I prefer sentinel over HB due to immunities.

    Obviously, the community needs time to know more about this champ, like perfect match ups or hard quest where he shines, so I'd hoard resources for a while
