Finishing last fight in quest but it won't recognise as done

in Bugs and Known Issues
Just installed new update and used my 6* mutants in rttl 1.1 only to find that when i beat the deadpool xforce it doesn't actually do quest complete. He just reappears as if the fight isnt done.
