    Nexus 6P, still not working just updated and got the same issue, checked app permissions, re installed, reset to factory, all the support stuff and it's not working, so my guess it's the app which is not working... seems like its happening to all Nexus 6p, 5x and Pixel XL 32gb versions models.

    Your code are not updated to latest versions , your code is not robust, Are the developers are really well skilled brains ?? Fix this issue guys it's too much now everyday not able to login .

    If you're still seeing this issue, can you please tell us what device you're using? As we can see, there are a number of users that are no longer seeing this problem, but need to gather the information on those of you that still are.

    I still cannot login and have not recieved no update ... Even in Google Play nothing shows up ... I am using a Nexus 6P

    I think it's outrageous that this was a known issue and you didn't send out a game wide message.

    You've had developer access to Oreo since March!!

    If you expect people to keep playing and not leave trash reviews, I hope you'll have a generous apology package to make up for weeks of missed game play, people being kicked from alliances, and lacking time to complete monthly event quest.

    Just so disappointing, and after an already disappointing few months.

    My alliance is giving me until Friday and I'm out. I don't blame them, no biggie because I'll get back in for sure they just need a replacement... However, I will say this... If it's fixed by Friday. I swear I will never complain about another duped Ant-Man, I promise to always smile and never curse when a PHC stops on a two star with a four star right next to it, I'll make sure my phone is always charged because I don't have a backup device and most importantly. I'll never eat another Oreo Cookie again in my life. Never. You have until Friday or the deal is off kabam. LMAO.

    I agree that we should get something, it's the longest issue that has happened in my 3 years of playing. I suggest a 5 star awakening gem, or class of our choice T4 catalyst.

    Long turnaround.. means big compensation right? How bout 5 rank downs, 5 t4b, 2 t4cc of each class, 2000 4* shards, 3000 5* shards and a generic awakening stone for 4* and 5*

    Missing out on a lot of event quest in master difficulty, a lot of rewards I wont be getting due to this. We deserve something.

    The update let me log in again on nexus 6p. Thank you for fixing that, however, I agree with the others who suffered this grave miscalculation on your dev teams part and we should get some form of compensation for this month long issue. In regards to not being able to log in all month we have lost out on the following major things

    Month of September event quest
    Month of September log-on
    Alliance Quests
    Alliance Wars
    Alliance Events
    Solo Events
    New Arena Heros
    Old Arena heros

    Literally everything time based, we missed out on. We should get some compensation for this. Seems pretty to include the arena, but some players are true arena grinders and depend on the units squired from the milestones to get in-game items. We missed an entire month of arenas, that's a few hundred units we missed out on. Not including the units gained from alliance events/solo events such as completion or perfect arena, hero use, class specialist, etc.

    I'm sure most of us would be happy with (750) units, 2000 5* shards, 10,000 alliance points and 10k bc (going soft on bc and so but standing firm on units and shards) since that's basically what we missed out on this month.
