Banned?

I have been playing MCOC on a brand-new computer for a few weeks after my phone broke. The play store let me download the game onto my computer, unlike when I tried with an older computer. I am not using any emulator that I am aware of. Unbeknownst to me, apparently you can get banned for playing on a computer. When I try to log on, I get a "Failed to Log In" message. This is my first time hearing about this and my first ban if it is a ban. Is there anything I can do?

No don’t play it one a computer and yes. Unless u use a few selletion. Crombook wher it is alow. But one a pc it general emulator like bluestrike or what it call it that what u call then yes it a emulator

You need to contact support, they won't do anything here, but, if you are running the game on a computer, that is most likely why they banned you.
