Conqueror rewards changed??

We get t4c frag crystals instead of the t4b shards we used to get from conqueror rewards (Alliance quest).
I didn't see anything about that at all in notes, another sneaky move by Kabam??
Wouldn't surprise me :)

In my opinion they should of just added the t4c frags ontop of it..
