MEDUSA looks amazing, but is she? And why?

    Her base stats are pretty normal, she has a decent HP and a high attack (the same as stark spider).
    She might be the Cosmic version of Gwenpool. Spam 3rd specials in 35 seconds or less and she can keep 99 permanent bleeds
