Map 5x5 gold alliance looking for dedicated and motivated players, ideally 8k+ prestige

Galaxy Rose is an alliance that has been going for 3 years now. We have have a core set of 15 or so players that have been around for years and grown with the alliance all the way from map 2 to map 5.
Map 5 is the sweet spot, everyone has lots to do outside of the game with their families and jobs etc. and we find that map 5 is the best for time commitments vs rewards.
In recent months we have hit some high scores around 215-220 million, but in the last week or two this has dropped off a bit. One of our best players retired and some others seem to have become demotivated.
I have a roadmap/plan to push the alliance forward again to steadily achieve the higher points targets week in week out.
First step is we're looking to replace a number of people who have either retired, or just not putting in the same effort as the rest of the team.
This plan also involves giving more people officer roles as we don't have enough at the moment, so if you have officer experience and enjoy having a higher level of responsibility within the group then we need you!
Players must have Line for comms and you must be highly active in the chats. Must respond in good time when tagged. Provide updates when you clear paths and likewise when you are busy and can't. You don't need to be chatty with everyone, but we need these basics for AQ/AW.
In AW we are looking to maintain at least gold 2 ranking so need someone confident to clear their war path without deaths and who is good at communicating.
In SA we get 500k on average. There are no donations because map 5 is now free! And no minimum expectations in other events besides quest and war.
We have a good team vibe, with a friendly environment for chatting and helping each other out in any way. We have a lot of chat groups, organised in such a way to keep relevant topics in different places so we don't have one overwhelmed chat.
