When will missing cutscenes from Act6 ch3 return?

Since at least 5 months now the cutscenes from ch3 of act 6 have been missing. I personally am invested in the story and have stopped my story progression until it’s fixed.
I sent a ticket and kabam acknowledged they were aware of the bug.

Is this bug getting fixed anytime soon?

    still missing in the 28.0 update. Is there a timeframe for this?

    Guess I have to push through act 6 now for the new progression level next month without taking part in the story
