Need advie on who to take up and use my generic awakening gem on

These are my main options, all of them are five star and all of them are still rank 1. I have a generic awakening gem and enough sig stones to get them past sig 100

Hyperion, sunspot, naymor, stealth spidey, CMM and ghost rider
