Give each champ a number of refresh point for an arena schedule. So for example you can use your 6* and over again until refresh points are used.
That would mean that in a 3 day arena you would 6 refresh points for a 6* and you can use that 6* six times in a row on the first night. Then if you want to use it a 7th time you would have to pay units.
This way you can plan your own arena time grind when it fits your schedule.
Catalyst arenas have to be changed to a different format so they fit into the 3-3-1 weekly arena format.
Refresh points are across arenas.
That would be in mind one of the best improvements for arena.
