**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Armour breaks

I should know this, but I don't

If a character doesn't have armour, what effect does an armour break have on them?

Not anymore. It used to be like that but now it can only be reduced to 0. However, for OP's question, every character has armor, if you check his stats. That is different from the armor up buff you see on colossus, ironmen or others
  • I thought there were a few with no armor at all?

This is fake news... This was the case pre 12.0, but flat values means no more negative armor.

Armor stat cannot be reduced lower than 0.

Is that why its said that Pierce is broke as a mastery as well, would make sense

Anyone here has a duped Thor? Even a 2* will do. Take him in a duel against an iron fist (he has no armor) and see the damage for normal hits vs hits with Armor break active. Quite a simple test really. I don't know where you guys got the info that armor no longer goes to negative

Straight from the game team, that's where.

You're example deserves thought though. @Kabam Miike this is a conundrum.

I do not remember Miike saying armor doesn't go to negative anywhere

I think there is a difference between the mastery abilities that ignore armor on crits vs armor breaks that lower the armor value.
Pure skill cant ignore past zero, but armor break seems to lower armor below zero.
