You gotta fix the drop rate on featured crystals

You go through 45k shards you should be guaranteed a newly released champ for your effort. People don’t keep playing for the rush of opening winter soldier and yondu. You gotta do better kabam. You know which accounts don’t have RNG luck so fix the issue.

There's no such thing as a gurantee in a game like this when it comes to champ pulls. You have plenty of time to open more of them still

There are no accounts who have a "good RNG" button turned on. The drop rates are the same for everyone.

The drop rates are fine. I’ve had 2 of the new champs from 3 crystals lol, it’s all completely random.

The question is: Do all champions in Featured 5* or 6* Crystals have the same percentage of getting them? For example, is the percentage of getting a SpiderMan Symbiote or Cyclops the same as that of Sorcerer Supreme or Red Guardian?
If the game doesn’t show the percentages, then I might suspect bias. Undesirable champions in Featured Crystals may have much higher percentages of getting them than the really good new ones.
If there’s no transparency, then you can’t really make an informed decision for Featured Crystals. All the drop rates just show 100% 5* or 6*hero. Of course you’re gonna get a 5* or 6*—but the percentages are hidden per champion featured in said crystals.
