Not really, Guilly has plenty of value Aegon doesn't.

Not critting is paramount to beating Flow maps, and she even benefits by being a Control champion.

She can be used on defense quite effectively.

Guilly has much more reliable DoT than Aegon.

Rather than being Tenacious, which has counters, Guilly is outright immune to some DoT.

Both are great and not just copypastes of each other. Definitely worth ranking.

Guilly 2099 and Aegon are both all stars for long fights, and that’s about where the resemblance stops. They both have a ridiculous amount of utility, but the utility is very different. Aegon can shrug off Debuffs while also having a lot of buffs, but Guilly can power drain, reverse healing, and has an armor up (Havok counter, anyone?). She also doesn’t crit, which comes in very handy. So if you are worried about a utility overlap, don’t be worried about that, but if you don’t like Guilly 2099’s playstyle I would save for someone else l.
