Chat bar and event button on VS screens

Please put the chat bar with the bottom right event button on the VS screens. This can save the time to go back to home screen or fight screen to access them while grinding arenas.

    what I want to see is a more efficient chat engine equipped with sending notifications to phones, and similar features to that of line with the options to just simply turn these off. it's tough to have to use an app for an app.
