Sell T4CC for T5CC Fragments

Just like all other tier Catalysts, Shouldnt we have option to sell T4CC for T5CC fragments. Its easy to get T4CC now and most players have them in overflows or trade in for new t4cc.

Can we expect this option anytime soon
