The story goes that Ww2 cap is the captain America from ww2, before the avengers were formed, and so doesn’t get the avengers tag

No he will not cause back in time He was just a soldier of WW. He won't count as an avenger he became avenger in 21st century.

Yeah. Did you watch the movie? Cap wasn't an Avenger during WW2. He was only approached by Shield in present day 70 years later. He is "The first Avenger" because he was the first in the group of the MCU Avengers to gain super abilities. The Avengers as a group wasn't formed until the Loki attack.

Amazing, now with the same energy, explain Namor tagged #Avengers, and SW and The Wasp not.

Not all the champions are from the same Universes. They all come from different parts of the Multiverse, so not all of them are based from the MCU which is Earth-199999. Some are from the main universe which is Earth-616, some are from the MCOC universe of Earth-TRN517.

Namor has been part of the Avengers in the comics, since he has no MCU counterpart currently. SW is part of the Avengers even in the MCU before it fell apart in Captain America CW.

Even so, if we still go by the Cap being The First Avenger, the Avengers weren't an organisation during WW2, so the WW2 version of him not being tagged as such makes sense because how can you be part of an organisation that didn't exist during that period of time? It'd be like saying I was a YouTuber back in 1995 before YouTube existed.
