Half Hour Timers in AQ (Especially on Days of Scheduled Maintenance)

Hello,
AQ is already enough of a grind and requires coordination between players in BGs. Why can we not just have half hour timers on days with scheduled maintenance? Why does there have to be an additional grind and worries because of scheduled maintenance? Please consider this change to AQ (even on days of non-scheduled maintenance).
