    I have the resources to rank 2 but don't have any other decent 6* besides ageon, magneto etc etc all unduoed

    If you aren't in a hurry, I'd wait and see what Magneto's buff looks like at the end of August / beginning of September. If you are eager to get a R2, then Havok would be the way to go with your options.

    Edit: I'd suggest waiting because he may be exceptional even without the dupe, and then another viable option.
