Option to remove particle and aura effects.

As someone with a slightly old phone (2 years old) a lot of the newer champs are causing major lag in battles. This is mainly due to the effects that surround them. This includes vision, Longshot heavy, Nova ect.
As most of it is just visual, it wouldn't change the play but would allow for smoother play style for people like myself.
