hi, sorry but is it normal for the Web Cartridge of spiderman stealth suit not to work against mutants?
I did several tests (initially against nightcrawler then against many mutants) and with both the combo and the sp2 it never puts anything

    If you read the in-game description for Web Foam, it says:

    "Opponents with a natural Class Advantage cannot be Slowed".

    It won't work on mutants if you're trying to inflict Slow.
