AW can't get into Attack Phase

Hello,

Placement phase expired around 10mins ago, and straight after i normally get a pop up message which Attack Phase has commenced but this time i haven't

I've refreshed game and all i can see is this...

Sometimes it takes a while. My alliances attack phase just started. Close the game and open it back up.
