Dr voodoo or Longshot rank up?

Hey guys,
I have 5* star duped dr voodoo and just got 5* longshot.
Now I'm wondering who should I rank up to maximum and why?

    DV has much more broad utility that doesn’t rely on the opponent having buffs, whereas LS has fate seal and big damage, assuming the enemy has buffs.

    You probably couldn’t go wrong with either, but my vote is DV.

    I also agree with u.. but, the big different between them is that Longshot do incinerate while voodoo do poison which most of cosmic champs are immune to.
    On the other hand, voodoo utility is amazing, including his so helpful regen.
    Tough choice.

    hm that's a pretty good point. I think voodoo has a more complete kit and is just super versatile

    Doctor Voodoo have power control. Not to mention most of new cosmic champions are not Immune to poison example Annihilus,Aarkus,Nova etc. Regen at the start of fight is also very useful. With 3 MD you can chain lots of SP1.
