Next mastery unlock: despair or coagulate?

I've got full suicides and I'm wondering whether I should help out my non-immunes like quake, torch and stealthy to mitigate the bleed damage; or if I should go for despair for champs like void and havok. Also, should I max out whichever tree I unlock and why? Thanks.

    SImply because if you run sucides, you want to take the least damage possible. Idk about maxing out but Coagulate is invaluable.
