200% cosmic power return boost not working?

Just took corvus in vs. IMIW in war (tier 4, challenger map, flow global tactic active).

I popped a power start 1 and 200% cosmic power return boost for the fight (node 22)

When I got to my s2 I threw it, and only 1 bar of power returned to me.

I re-checked the nodes, and I don't see anything obvious that would cause this - so I'm wondering if this boost is bugged in some way? It happened at least 2 times, maybe 3.

How many charges did you have? It's based off damage delt.

5/65 corvus w/ 1 charge - but also a 20% green and 15% orange boost active.

I suppose the outlast node on that fight (20% reduction) could have played a role in reducing the damage to a degree - but I've been using this boost for a long time now, and never seen it not return me something not even close to 2 bars of power.

It was probably the outlast node reducing damage.

probably right - hey, just another fun wrinkle to make all the items you're encouraged to spend on even less valuable.
