Will Guardian be rebalanced/nerfed?

Trying to determine if I should invest time/money into acquiring and ranking up. Seems to me they may collect money and deplete summoner resources from crystal sales and rank ups, then announce he will be included in the next set of rebalances. He’s almost too strong to keep as is.

    On a side note, can someone tell me how this question breaks forum rules? I thought the first time I forgot to post it but I see notifications on comments that lead to nowhere now and it was deleted.
