Great post. I'll give it a go: Overhaul Iron Fist - Would love to see a regen mechanic, as well as maybe a persistent charge system with built up "chi". Change his LV1 to leave a permanent armor break, and LV3 should produce an armor shatter.
Update War Machine - Leave animations as they are, but include a Winter Solider mechanic where holding back allows you to change "ammo." type will allow for different effects (bleed, power drain, armor break, shock, etc)
Agent Venom - Increase damage based on combo maybe, and since he's wearing the venom symboit, he could gain a random buff similar to how Venom does now.
Cyclops - Give his beam attacks true strike (without needing a synergy), and up his damage a bit, and that would make a big difference.
Tune-Up Syntery - increase his damage output, and possibly give a "Cable" styled power gain when filling a bar of power
