No Ticket-Refund after Alliance Quest

Kabam said, they will refund tickets paid by alli-member, who ran different maps in aq. this should have had happened since early june .. but up to now, not a single ticket is beeing refunded. we are running 665 thru most oft the cycle, but nobody running map 6 ever got one single ticket back..
am i missing something or is it just a nother broken promise by kabam?
