Recruiting sucks but I need 3 10k guys

I don't have a bunch of catch phrases just want to fill out my alliance. I need 3 guys who run map6 and can clear a lane in gold 1 consistently that are decent communicators. Rank within 350 or better in aq and tier 5 gold 1 war.
