5 star featured crystal in the black iso market not resetting

I don’t know if anyone else has dealt with this. I have summoned sigil and I’m also a cavalier crystal which gives me access to the black iso market and a 5 star featured crystal every Monday for 11 k 5 star shards. This week the crystal didn’t reset and it’s stating that I have to wait another week. I have open a 5 star featured crystal from the black iso market since last Monday. Is there anything that can be done to fix this before next Monday?

    Its reset every Monday with the exception of yesterday for the past 3 weeks
