Loading bug!!

Hi I'm Tom and recently I have been experiencing a loading bug, first time it happened was when I was in incrusions at first it wouldn't let me into the fight so I reset my game I went back to the fight pressed start and I was loading into the fight for 10mins so I reset game and I lost half my health which resulted in me dying in the next zone. Then it happened to me again in aq map 5 I pressed to might masacre and I was loading for 10mins so I had to reset game which again resulted in me losing 50% of my health. I would like this to get fixed because its very annoying thnx. Also at the time of this my internet was fine. Hope this gets resolved soon
