UK alliance please. (Preferably t4cc and tier 2 aw)

Hi there I am looking for a uk alliance or European alliance only. My current prestige is 5106 and due to rise when I take my third 5* r3 to r4. I am not totally concerned on weekly t4cc as I have them abundance. ( want t4b) I would settle for bi-weekly. I have stated tier 2 in AW as I want out of the tier 1 'money pit' but if you are an organised alliance with a strong outlook on strategy and teamwork then tier 1 should not be a major concern.
I mostly look for good teamwork with any alliance and providing you are an alliance with strong participation and work together then I promise that you will be gettin someone who will work hard for the alliance its players.
