Can you give me some rank up advice for my 5 and 6 star roster?

There's really nothing I can do with my 6 star roster atm so I'm still focusing all of my resources on my 5 stars.

To help you out, this is where I'm at in progression:

- 100% UC EQ every month
- I can 100% all aspects of every side event (including this month's Canadian difficulty)
- I'm in 6.2.4 and most likely waiting for the Act 6/Champion nerf to continue
- Completed V2 and V3, Explored V4
- Gold 3 AW, Map 5x5x5 AQ

I don't run suicides.

Rank 5 omega and get him to 200, For colossus 60/70 sigs is the sweet spot.

R5 Colossus (He is my primary path clearer and is my most used champ, only downside is he's unawakened)

Rank 4 some more champs. Do exploration with Sentinel in V2 and V3, you might end up with a 4-5 gem that you can use after.

It'll take longer but might be quite beneficial.

Def Sentinel. V3 will give you more rank up gems and resources in general

True, maybe I'll get some very useful rank up gems from there.

Yeah I'll probs take Sentinel to 4/55 and awaken him, explore V3, and hope for a 4-5 mutant rank up gem.

Max Omega or blade. Colossus need to be awakened to be worthy of r5. Ranking up Colossus doesn't do much ig.

Symbiote supreme to r4, as you don't have mystic champs up and he will do good unduped.
Sentinal is also good option but need to be awakened.
Since you already have 2 mutants at r4, try to take OR to r5. Emma and Havok doesn't serve much than others, bench them for now.

Since Colossus is your main path clearer, take him up. He's an awesome champ and if you use him all the time, why wouldn't you? After you do that, you have some solid R4 options. SS, Emma, Havok, Sentinel especially look good. Sentinel especially could help you explore V2 and V3.
