LF several mid tier players (retirees welcome, too) to rebuild established, easy going Alliance

It's tricky work trying to maintain a relaxed Alliance, as players grow and ultimately move on to more competitive alliances. But that won't stop us from trying! We've lost a couple players and looking to rebuild. Our Alliance has 2 BG's of players that are all dedicated and been part of the crew for years. Would love to fill all spots!
We currently run mostly AQ Map 4&3, and sometimes swap out Map 4 for 5 for better rewards and added challenge. AW is optional, but we generally are also running 2 BGs in AW for some added variety. Trying hard to progress our rosters and kick butt.
MHSTL is currently 10.8MM Alliance, with avg member rating 572K
