Bought 6 Tier 2 Alpha in Glory store, received only 2. It has a bug. I reported it to support.

I've giving the support team the verification info with screenshots and answered all verification questions and the response must be a automated email or they didnt bother to see my answers. Please help.

    correct me if I am missing something, but you cannot buy t2a in the glory store, only t2a shards at 7500 a peace. At a purchase of 6 you would get 45,000 shards, meaning if you combine it with the shards you have in your inventory the most you can get is 2.

    Also support typically does not work on the weekends.
