you can find them randomly in the loyalty store, also I believe they still randomly show up in mystic cat events

Loyalty store, they rotate weekly. You can buy them with units too when they’re avaible. Gonna cost u a fortune of units tho.

Level3 at least, level4 ideally.
At level5 (except that the cost to unlock is huge) you may lose control of your power meter, as in many occasions loads more than u need.

R3 is enough. Anything higher will take mystic champs to sp3. Sometimes you won’t want that
